  So there’s plenty of time to apply everything you learn as you go. We break for a full month half way through so that you take it all in before we ramp up again with implementation and process.
• Live Fortnightly Guided Sessions where we take the essence of each module and work through it together in break out sessions. This way you never get left behind because you’ll have two weeks in between each Guided session to crack each piece of the puzzle and apply it to your business.
• Fortnightly Personalised Guidance. Before we start, I’ll do an audit of your marketing based on what I can see from the outside looking in and a quick benchmarking exercise we do at the start. Each fortnight as we move through the modules, you can ask me anything about what you’re facing in your business and I’ll answer it. Again, this means you never get stuck so we keep the momentum of going each fortnight. You’ll feel it, believe me.
• Access to the Marketing Lab where you can test out marketing & business ideas as you go. It’s been a powerful resource for previous program participants. It will be the same for you.
• Fortnightly Live Mindset Sessions in Our Private Community – Mindset is critical when you’re levelling up. So, on the weeks we’re not looking at the modules we’ll talk mindset, explore the challenges you are facing, how you’re feeling about your own growth and more. I’ll share with you the tried and tested tools I’ve used myself and with clients to help you build the mindset you need for next level growth.

This is a strategic marketing programme like no other. It is methodical, pragmatic and delivers incremental results so consistently that it will feel like your business transformed overnight. The lessons encourage you to question who you are, why you are here and how you are doing things so that you can position yourself strategically for success. 

If you are heart-centered you will love the early work on your strategy, your vision and who you serve. If you are methodical and practical, you will find you prefer the implementation work later on. For a successful business, you need to do both. I’m not going to sugar coat that. 

Ask whatever is top of mind for your business right now. Sometimes it’s a specific question about the business, sometimes it’s about key relationships for the business. Sometimes you just want to know how other people dealt with a particular stage or mindset you have in the business. It’s not always about the module but the modules often trigger something that needs to be resolved.

The Mindset Sessions are 60 minutes max every fortnight. These are more fluid sessions which allow you to share what’s happening at each stage and we’ll ground it in mindset strategies that will help you where you are.

The Guided Sessions are 90 Minutes Max every other fortnight and we get to the essence of each module in these sessions. I’ll point you to one specific exercise to focus on each week so that you build momentum for each step.

You can then choose to dive deeper into each module in the self-paced Get Strategic Course if you wish, but you don’t have to do them at the same time. You have lifetime access to the course so you can come back and revisit at any time.

The self-paced course which you get access to alongside the “Guided Program” is designed so that you can take it in small bitesized chunks. Each module has between 7 - 8 individual lessons which are delivered as short 7 - 10 minute videos. Most lessons come with a worksheet or cheat sheet that help you apply what you’ve learned to your business.

So, all in all, I’d say that, you should be ready to invest at least 2 -3 hours per week. A small time investment considering you’re actively levelling up your business and building a path to owning your space in the market.

We also take a 4 week break half way through the program so you are fully prepared before we move into the implementation stage.
